Dr David H Denton, QC has a national practice as a Queen's Counsel and practises in the commercial and appellate divisions of the Federal Court , the Supreme Courts in Queensland, Victoria, New South Wales and Tasmania; the Planning & Environment Court of Queensland and in VCAT. He also practises and appears in the superior courts in Fiji. He has 30 years legal practise experience and took silk in 2001. He has a keen interest in commercial arbitration and mediation and in all aspects of company law, especially insolvency and shareholder disputes; planning and environmental tort matters.
