Picha Djohanwas appointed to the Bench of the Planning & Environment Division of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal in June 2021 having been a member of these chambers since 2010.
She is now an Honorary Bench Member of Macrossan Chambers.
She graduated in law from the University of Sydney in 1993 and practised as a barrister from 2010 having been a solicitor-advocate since 1997. She obtained an MBA from Victoria University in 2017.
Prior to commencing practice at the Bar, Picha was practice head of HWL Ebsworth Lawyers Melbourne Planning, Environment and Government Services practice and before that she headed up the extensive state-wide planning practice of MacDonnells Law, one of Queensland’s oldest and largest state-based law firms.
